• MSI was retained by The Ohio State University to complete design and construction documents for a courtyard formed by construction of the new Shisler Center adjacent to the existing Fisher Center..
• The scope of work included review of programmatic needs, design development, construction documents, and construction services administration.
• The resultant design resolved grading and drainage issues and improved necessary building egress within the courtyard.
