OSU University District Streetscape Plan

• MSI was hired by the University and City to develop a schematic level plan to improve the pedestrian nature of High Street and its relationship to The University, retail district and surrounding neighborhoods.
• The plan is to have High Street again be viewed as the symbolic heart of the district, a vibrant corridor, enjoyed as a walkable street that invites pedestrians, and is linked to adjacent neighborhoods by public spaces that attract people to enjoy the street as a focus of community life.
