• MSI along with Heinlein-Schrock Architects were retained by Nationwide Realty Investors to develop a master plan and construction documents for the new Allied Insurance Corporate Headquarters.
• The initial phase of the headquarters building will comprise a 525,000 SF building, a parking structure for 2,500 Allied employees and landscaped streets, plazas and open space.
