• Avetec is the flagship building in Springfield’s new Nextedge Applied Research + Technology Park. Avetec’s facility will be a modern spin on Prairie Style architecture inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright’s Westcott House in Springfield.
• The site reflects the historic prairie landscape character while incorporating sustainable site development principles.
• MSI developed the long term Master Plan for the entire Nextedge development as well as the detailed plan for the multiple building core area.
