• In collaboration with the architecture firm of Perkins & Will, MSI has developed the master plan and site design for this two million square foot suburban office facility.
• One of the many site enhancement features is the creation of an extensive storm water management system.
• A series of five perimeter ponds encompassing over fifteen acres have been extensively planted with native wetland flora to provide an excellent wildlife habitat, filter water from the parking areas, and enhance the overall perimeter leisure path system.
