• The owners of the Homestead Works, once the site of one of the largest steel mills in the world, conducted a national competition of design and development teams in search of a creative approach to the redevelopment of this significant site.
• MSI and Continental Real Estate won the competition with a master plan proposal for an exciting mixed-use development which is sensitive to the historic features of the site while providing new economic opportunities to the local community.
