• The project includes Master Planning Design Services for the two key urban park projects located in the City of Casselberry, Florida - Lake Concord Park at the City Hall Complex and Grassy Lake Gateway Park.
• An overall Master Plan showing the relationship of each of the parks and how they may be conceptually inter-connected will be provided. The park designs are all a part of MSI's continuing services for the City of Casselberry.
