• MSI has provided continuing services to the City of Bexley acting as the City’s planning staff and landscape architecture consultants.  Responsibilities include development review and advisor to the Main Street Redevelopment Commission, the Planning Commission, the Board of Zoning Appeals, and the Tree & Public Garden Commission.
• MSI has reviewed and influenced $100 million worth of privately invested redevelopment projects within the City, while striving to maintain and enhance the character of this unique Central Ohio community.
