City of Bexley Main Street Guidelines

• MSI worked with the City of Bexley and a steering committee to create design guidelines that encourage private reinvestment and redevelopment to revitalize Main Street.
• The guidelines address the physical components of the street and buildings. The process utilized a steering committee and conducted several public meetings over the course of a year to gain consensus and build a sense of ownership by the community and businesses.
