• The Southwest Bexley Master Plan was created in an attempt to resolve continued conflicts between the city, major area institutions and residents of the neighborhood.
• MSI worked with the steering committee to craft a plan affecting land use decisions that received rousing support from the community and will improve both the fabric and financial position of the city.
