• MSI conducted a citizen-based planning process to prepare the Village Center Planning Study. The study used goals established by the community to set specific design guidelines for architecture, signage and streetscape improvements.
• Six district types were established within the Village Center to address particular characteristics of the existing and potential development in the area.
