• The site is located in Manatee County on Florida’s Gulf Coast. More than 1200 acres of pristine Pine forests, Saw Palmetto, majestic Oak trees and wetland habitats set the stage for the project.
• MSI’s scope of services includes conceptual and construction drawings for the two project entrances, the main golf clubhouse site, amenity club area and common area road-ways & buffers.
