• In addition to $8 million in improvements to the resorts’ four golf courses, a new $5 million Spanish-style clubhouse was constructed adjacent to the resort, which will better serve golfers with locker rooms for private club members, a pro shop and a restaurant and lounge overlooking a newly renovated 18th hole on the East Golf Course.
• MSI provided designs for the arrival motor court, pedestrian entry plazas and walkways, fountains and the overall landscape architecture for the clubhouse site.
