• The Greek word for “freedom,” Eleuthera was originally settled by Puritan pilgrims. Eleuthera became the gathering place for glitterati in the 70s–with gleaming resorts and pristine, ocean side golf courses.
• Except for the occasional road sign, that chapter in Eleutheran history has been erased. But, from what I hear of this new development, Powell Pointe at Cape Eleuthera, an exciting new chapter is about to unfold.
