Beach Club Resort Hotel, The Villas provide a garden entry courtyard, boardwalk promenade over-looking an existing waterway, “dune” gardens and a pool courtyard with pool pavillion, beach plantings and shaded umbrella table seating areas.
• The design architect is Robert A.M. Stern Architects / New York City. MSI provided site planning, hardscape, pool area design, landscape and irrigation design. The Villas opened to guests in July 2002.
