• Tuscany Village is a 34-acre / 384-unit Vacation Club destination resort developed by the Hilton Grand Vacations Club company.
• The project includes a twelve-acre lake with pedestrian promenades featuring a swimming pool with an arcade, waterfalls, spas, entry gardens and plazas with Italian fountains and terra cotta landscape pottery.
• MSI provided site planning, pool & fountain design, hardscape, site lighting, landscape and irrigation design. The project is scheduled to be open for guests in early 2004.
