• The triangular shaped site features decorative streetscape pedestrian walkways with shade tree planting and a public plaza with fountains, shade trellis, Moorish pavement patterns and Royal Palm plantings.
• MSI was responsible for providing conceptual master planning through construction documentation for the triangular site area, including on street parking reconfiguration, shade tree planting and meeting the City of Coral Gable's streetscape requirements.
