• The Brewery District in Columbus, Ohio encompasses a small, festive, urban entertainment district.
• With the districts key location next to downtown and the Scioto River, MSI took the design a step further to propose a plan for development of an exciting mix of office, residential and entertainment uses.
• Using the existing system of streets and alleys, the plan features a central courtyard framed by mixed-use structures.
• Award: Ohio Chapter ASLA Merit Award
