Cascade Plaza

• Cascade Plaza is a 6-acre public square built over a 5-level underground parking facility. The plaza is the premier business address and central public space in the core of downtown Akron.
• MSI is the lead consultant of a design team charged with redesigning the plaza, improving connections to the garage below, and strengthening the connections between the plaza and surrounding streets and venues. MSI has completed schematic design for the project and is moving into the design development phase.
