• The Buggyworks and its urban landscape component, Firestone Alley comprise Columbus’ first authentic mixed-use loft renovation project.
• In conjunction with the client, MSI created Firestone Alley with four central elements to support the Buggyworks residents and patrons.
• Located in the evergrowing and ever-expanding Arena District in Downtown Columbus, Ohio, phase one will yield 68 units of loft condominiums and several live/work units.
